U.S. Gypsum Dallas Plant Achieves Star!!!

The VPPStore Team would like to give a shout out to U.S. Gypsum (Dallas, TX) for being awarded OSHA’s highest honor, VPP Star Site status.  This milestone is marked by the VPP Worksite flag that is presented by OSHA officials to the plant.  This status acknowledges them as a model for their industry in excellence for health and safety programs.

“The Dallas plant has always had a safe working environment. However, the process of obtaining the OSHA Star has heightened the safety awareness to an even higher level,” said Fred Gotz, Dallas plant manager. “All of the Dallas USG employees have been engaged in the process and we have all been eagerly awaiting the OSHA Star recognition. This is a great achievement, and an award we are extremely honored to receive.”
